One of our most popular posts in 2022 was Boots on the ground: agent aggregators build their networks, which mapped the growth of the sub-agent networks of several of the main aggregators over the last few years, based on data reported on their websites. In January 2023, we updated the chart with the latest data. Also in January, we took a look at some of the issues and risks associated with the rapid growth of sub-agent networks.
Linkedin in users who are plugged into the TNE feeds may have noticed that several aggregators are on strong sub-agent recruitment drives in 2023. In particular, MSM Unify and KC Overseas seem to be very active.
MSM Unify is running a series of posts offering free access to its education agent training course.
KC Overseas is pitching directly to new sub-agents, as well as posting interviews with agent partners.
KC Overseas was one of the fastest movers over the last 12 months in terms of sub-agent network growth. It added added 4,000 sub-agents – racing from 5,000 to 9,000 – between August 2022 and January 2023. MSM Unify’s network has grown more slowly.
