Describe Quality College of Australia (QCA) in a few sentences
We are a 29 year old multi-award winning College, with campuses in Sydney and Adelaide. We specialise in Hospitality and Community Services training with a strong emphasis on Cookery Training. We have excellent facilities, award winning trainers and our campuses are both in central locations which are easy to get to.
Why should international students consider studying at QCA?
We have a very strong emphasis on jobs and have a recruitment team who work with our students to gain very valuable paid employment at some of Australia’s top restaurants. This not only provides students with excellent additional skills but also an income whilst they are studying.
What role do education agents play in your international student recruitment strategy?
Education agents play a very important role in our student recruitment strategy. We have close relationships with a number of high quality agents who refer quality and genuine students to our College. We find that if a new agent sends us one student to ‘test us out’, they will always refer more students based on the feedback of their original student.
What do you look for in new education agent partners?
We don’t mind if an agent sends us 1 or 100 students a year, as long as the students genuinely want to study and will attend College and demonstrate a positive attitude throughout their journey. We look at agents as partners and are always interested in a close working relationship.
How do you work with your education agent partners?
We have a set contact person who works with education agents for admissions, and a marketing co-ordinator who often works with agents on joint marketing initiatives. We understand also that prompt payment of commission invoices is very important and we pride ourselves on our quick turnaround times for commission payments.
